Go easy on caffeine and alcohol, as they can contribute to fluid loss. Use rewetting drops. If you experience occasional dryness, over-the-counter lubricating eye drops (artificial tears) can provide relief. Take screen breaks. If you are looking at screens all day, remember to blink frequently and take breaks to reduce eye strain and dryness.
